Our stay at Parallel Hotel was amazing! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The receptionist even offered her own public transportation card to help us get around the city. The hotel manager provided us with his personal phone number to help us order shisha at a local cafe. The room was super clean, and the chambermaid asked if we were happy with the cleanliness. The breakfast was also great with a wide variety of Azerbaijani and European food. I highly recommend this newly opened hotel. You won't be disappointed.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Its location was fantastic, close to everything we needed. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. We enjoyed the breakfast, with offerings of both buffet and made-to-order. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service. the hotel had a gym and pool for leisure use, adding extra value to our stay.
The noise from other apartments could create some discomfort during the stay.

I booked a room with a comfy bed, a safe, TV and a refrigerator. Really enjoyed bidet in my private bathroom. The location was excellent, within a close distance from Heydar Aliyev Palace Concert Hall.
